An Ex-Soldier that Stands Up for Homeless Veterans

Jordan H. Green Head and Shoulders

Jordan H. Green is an ex-Canadian Armed Forces soldier, that proudly served his country, willing to die protecting the peace, security, safety and freedom we all enjoy today.

He was injured on the job and honourably released from the Canadian Armed Forces (Army).

A homeless veterans rights and affordable housing activist and advocate, Jordan has participated in roundtables to end veteran homelessness which included Canada’s Minister of Housing, Diversity and Inclusion and Canada’s Deputy Minister of Defence.

Formerly an officer in the Canadian Armed Forces, Jordan put his leadership experience to work taking an on-demand Internet television network through a business start-up incubator and learning the Lean Startup methodology.

Jordan has extensive experience in both Windows and Apple Mac technologies, information technology security and privacy and broadcast television production and management.

He has an honours Bachelor of Arts Degree (with honours) from
York University and is a graduate of the Graduate School of
Journalism, Broadcast News Stream, from Humber College.

In his spare time, Jordan enjoys cooking, watching re-runs of
television shows from the 70’s and 80’s and rocking out to
heavy metal and rock music.

When he’s not at home, he’s probably working out at the
gym, where he spends most of his time, weight lifting,
doing yoga, or burning calories on the eclipse machine.

Jordan H. Green is Always Thinking — Always

Jordan is always thinking. Always. That’s how he stays
current in our ever-changing world.

He majored in Philosophy and minored in Environmental
Science in his undergrad and majored in Broadcast
Journalism in his post-grad.

Jordan was using the dial-up message boards (the
predecessor to the Internet) and was one of the first
students at his university to have email.

Yeah, he’s not a young person still
learning how to “adult” — he is an
adult with a lifetime of real-world
expertise and experiences to
help make the world work.

What are you thinking about?
